We enjoyed staying at this tranquil location, just a short walk from the Musee St Leger Museum.

After arrival we realized that the light in the separate toilet was out of order - pitch dark if you close the door as well as the fridge in the room didn't work. We complained at the receptionist. Three hours later, nothing was done - she had to ask our room number when we brought it under her attention again. The light was then fixed but we were told that the fridge can not be fixed. We requested another room since the wi-fi in the room didn't work also unless you stand in the corner at the door (very uncomfortable to work on an ipad standing in a corner). The answer was "No" without an explanation even though we had one of the best rooms in the hotel, an executive room. We checked out that evening and still no apology. Will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Overall, the venue exceeded expectations. the comfortable beds and spacious, air-conditioned rooms made for an excellent stay. Both the service and food were top-notch.

Good location, spacious new communal areas, on site outside parking (I drive a 4x4 with a roof box and French hotels usually have an underground car park which I cannot enter)
They would not switch on the air conditioning on our floor (executive floor only was the answer) and as it was 29 degrees C the room was hot stuffy and uncomfortable. This was not a cheap hotel and to limit the air con is unacceptable. The service in the bar was slow and amateurish, no lemon in the G & T's which cost 8 euros each and I had to interupt two staff chatting to be served. The breakfast at 13 euros a head is pricey but the offerings were pretty standard and mean in quantity, only one plate was provided for both the savory and sweet elements

Very modern brand new hotel. Relaxation zone with fitness equipment. Good value for money and top location in the Soissons city center and excellent restaurant.
Very limited WiFi internet connectivity in the room, I had to use the neighbors internet connection. Limited choice in breakfast

I liked the room, very clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was perfect with everything I wanted for a continental breakfast. The private car park right under the hotel and accessible by lift is very convenient.
The wifi signal was too weak in my room, but fortunately another similar room was available and they were able to change my room. That day the restaurant menu was a shorter one with little choice available. The breakfast is a bit expensive.

The room I stayed in had a balcony and air-conditioning, and the location was great, close to a bakery, the cathedral, and some ruins.

Very comfortable, beautiful design of decor, furniture, archtecture. Swimming pool very nice , easy to use. Very nice evening meal in pleasant surroundings, friendly staff.
I think perhaps the air conditioning was not working in room 118?
